National Cell Site Construction Manager (ALU/Sprint)                                        Jan. 2013-Dec. 2014

·   Responsible for the overall planning, budgeting, and document keeping aspects of the cell site closeout process for Sprint’s Network Vision and 2.5 Commissioning and Integration Project

·   Developed and executed strategic plans in order to ensure that quality COP (Close Out Packages) were delivered

·   Extensive knowledge of Sprint’s Siterra and ART Tool databases

·   Worked closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and the direction of our project was on schedule

·   Scheduled pre-construction site walks with GC’s to identify any pre-existing conditions prior to construction start

·   Held safety meetings, inspected all permits,  and made sure that all equipment used on the towers were in proper working condition

·   Attended daily market calls with ALU market lead for site construction statuses and SAP approvals

·   Obtained any special permits/clearances needed to gain access to government restricted areas

·   Created BOM’s ( Bill of Materials) for each new cell site and uploaded PDF to FST
